Introduction to Grid Ball Mill
Grid ball mill is a key equipment to grind all kinds of ores and other materials, such as coal, lime, cement, silica sand, iron ore, gold ore, glass and ceramics, which is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.
Dry Ball Mill
Grid ball mill consists of feed & discharge parts, rotary shell, transmission part and other major components. Hollow shaft is with steel parts, lining is removable. Rotary gear adopts casting hobbing, and the tube body is with resisting liner.
Grid ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding and key equipment for grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way.

Working Principle of Ball Mill
Ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

Gongyi City Machinery Factory is locaded in Kangdian town. One kilometer to south of Kang million eatate Scenic and Kangzhuang road. It is in the east of the provincial capital of Zhengzhou city, there is Hulaoguan Three Kingdoms Battlefield Site; West of Luoyang which is ancient capital of nine dynasties, there is longmen Grottoes which is one of China four famous cave; South of the songshan mountain, there are shaolin Temple and songyang Scademy; North of the Yellow River, there is Sihe yanliu scenic district; Lianhuo Expressway, the Longhai Railway zhengzhou-Xi′ An high-speed rail pass through from east to west, Yellow River bridge line pass through south to nouth.
