Aplication of Coal Ball Mill
Coal ball mill is used to grind coal into fine powder,and is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.
Structure of coal ball mill
Coal ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
Working Principle of Coal Ball Mill
Coal ball mill is horizontal rotating devices transmitted by the outer gear. The ball mill has two warehouses. The materials are transported by feeder to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft spirally, then enter the first warehouse. In the warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board. Steel balls of different specifications are installed in the scale board. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and then fall to grind and strike the material. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding. The above action repeats constantly till the size of materials reaches the required fineness. In the end, the powder is discharges by output material board and the end products are completed.

It is in the east of the provincial capital of Zhengzhou city, there is Hulaoguan Three Kingdoms Battlefield Site; West of Luoyang which is ancient capital of nine dynasties, there is longmen Grottoes which is one of China four famous cave; South of the songshan mountain, there are shaolin Temple and songyang Scademy; North of the Yellow River, there is Sihe yanliu scenic district; Lianhuo Expressway, the Longhai Railway zhengzhou-Xi′ An high-speed rail pass through from east to west, Yellow River bridge line pass through south to nouth.
