Usage and application of Chalcopyrite Ball Mill:
Ball mill is key equipment for grinding materials after being crushed. Ball mill is mainly applied in Chalcopyrite and also widely used for dry or wet grinding process of various ores and other materials in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal and other industries. Working principle of Chalcopyrite Ball Mill:
Chalcopyrite Ball Mill is a horizontal cylindrical turning gear with central gear and two cabins. Material will be fed into the first mill warehouse from feeding device spirally and evenly. There are ladders liner or corrugated liners in the first warehouse, and the liner is built with steel ball with different specifications. The rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force which brings the ball to a certain height, and when the steel ball falls down, it brings severe crushing and impact on the material. After the coarse grinding in the first warehouse, the material will be fed into the second warehouse through monolayer partition panel, and the flat liner and steel balls in the second warehouse can give the material a further grinding, finally, powder will be discharged through grate plate and complete the grinding operation.
Structure features of Chalcopyrite Ball Mill:
Grinding mills is mainly composed of the feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, driving part (reducer, small driving gear, motor, electric control) and other major parts. The hollow shaft of the ball mill is made of cast steel, and its inside lining is removable, while the rotary gear is processed by casting gear, and the anti-abrasion liner is inlaid in the cylinder body. Therefore, the ball mill enjoys a good abrasion resistance. The grinding miller has features of smooth running and reliable operation.
Dry-type ball mill and wet grid ball mill can be selected according to the material and discharging way.
