LLZ-1600-15 Al-Mg-Si, Al-Mg Alloy Rods Continuous Casting and Rolling Line:
1. The line adopts the advanced technology of the relative product of America SCR, France SCIM, and Italy PROPEZI, mainly to produce Mg-Al-Si rod with a dia. Of 9.5mm, and Mg-Al rod with a dia. Of 6.5mm which are used as electrical conductor of high intensity. These rods produced conform to the items of IEC, AST and GB, and have the competitive with the relative international products. The changed production line can be used to produce alloy rod which is used to produce rivets, or welding rod.
2. Induction heater meets the temperature requirement of the cast bar for rolling process. With the function of temperature riding, it can do heating and adjusting automatically.
3. Crystallizing wheel is in type of "H", on every side of which there is an adjustable nozzle spraying water to ensure the cast bar close and well distributed. The continuous rolling machine has a function of automatic feeding and rods stacking stop.
4. The production line is provide with the function and continuous quenching and fast cooling. The water pipeline makes a closed system by themselves with cooler, filter and indicator for main pipe pressing and temperature.
5. The transmission system is in type of DC motor fully digital speed adjusting. By adopting PLC anf touch screen for the complete line control, it can display the different kinds of temperatures, such as temperature of the cast bar, the beginning of rolling, final rolling emulsion, oil and water for quenching. Also it can check and display the running parameter of machines as well as indicate the breakdown.
6. The special Al-alloy continuous Casting and Rolling Line can be used to produce alloy rods, such as Al-Ti-B(grain refiner), Al-Ti-C(grain refiner), Al-Sr(modifier). There are product line which can be visited: Al-Ti-B alloy rod continuous casting and rolling line, Al-Ti-C alloy rod continuous casting and rolling line; Al-Sr alloy rod continuous casting and rolling line.
