Product description
VARISORT CSS-M combined metal separation systems identify and remove different types of metals. The material to be inspected is spread out on a fast-moving conveyor so that the pieces are optimally individualised before continuing into the inspection area of the selective metal sensor and CCD linear camera which identify them according to their physical and optical characteristics. Electronics evaluate their exact location and ejection nozzles are activated with pinpoint accuracy and at precisely the right time to blow out the appropriate pieces of metal into a vertical chute.
