Deda has the following Auto-producing lines: The Silica Sol, Silicate and Composite Mould shell process with a total annual capacity of 7500 tons. Deda possesses numerical control machine tools and a machining center whose annual capacity is 100, 000 hours.
The NDT(non destructive test) procedures, operators and equipments are attached a high importance in Deda. The quality is our life.
Deda has 420 employees including 4 senior engineers, 59 engineers in terms of casting and machining. Our products can satisfy the requirements of the standards IALA class I, ASTM, DIN, JIS, NF, BS and China GB etc and are widely used in the industries of Power Source, Express Locomotives, Metallurgy, Military, Boiler, Marine/Aerospace, Automotive, Machinery Building etc. Yantai Deda has established a long-term partership with HITACHI, KOBELCO, BRIDGESTONE and some companies of Fortune 500, such as HONEYWELL, HALLIBURTON, HYUNDAI etc. In China, Deda is the permanent supplier of BX STEEL, CSR, HBIS, HAN STEEL.
