Gas carburizing furnace. RQ Series Well Type Gas Carburizing Furnace is cyclic working furnace. It is mainly applicable to the carburizing of carbon steel workpieces. The temperature is monitored and recorded automatically.
The furnace is comprised of furnace body, heating components and temperature control system.
The furnace shell is made of welded steel plates and sectional steel.
Its lining is comprised of heat insulation layer of superlight high aluminum foam brick and of heat preservation layer of silicate aluminum refractory fiber, diatomite soil or vermiculite powder.
The heating components are placed on the supporting brick.
The furnace hearth is equipped with one heat resistance tank and workpiece accomodating rack.
The furnace shell is also mounted with one ventilation fan to circulate the air and unify the furnace interior temperature. There is one anti-leakage sealing device on the axis, which is cooled with cooling water.
The furnace cover is lifted with hydraulic lifting mechanism and the driving force is provided by 10/25 hydraulic device.
On the lifting shaft, there are two limit switches. When the lifting shaft goes up, the lower limit switch cuts off the fan power; When the cover moves up to its due position, the upper limit switch cuts off the hydraulic device power to prevent the shaft from running into the cylinder.
The liquid dripping system of the furnace is one dripper with concurrent three liquids dripping. The flow rate is controlled through needle valve and flow meter.
On the face of the furnace cover is water cooling sampling tube, gas supply hole, gas discharge hole. If the customer requires also the infrared CO2 analyzer, the carbon content can be controlled automatically.
