The Station Roll Profiling Line is suitable for the production of any kind of sheet metal profile for wall and/or roof panels (profiling line 1976; Stacking system year 1990; )
Main parts of the line:
1) de-coiler (approx. 3.000 x 2.200 x 2.200mm)
2) sheet metal table (appriox. 5.000 x 1.500 x 950mm)
3) roll profile line (approx. 2 x 6.000 x 2.000 x 2.000mm)
4) hydraulic operated sheet metal shear
5) sheet metal handling/stacking system (2x 7.000 x 2.000 x 2.000mm)
This line is equipped with two different sets of rolls:
1) 22 +22 rolls for greek braid profiles
2) 16 +16 rolls for corrugated profileswith a width from 750 to 940 for greek braid profile and from 1.000 to 1.200 for corrugated profile and a length of 1.000 to 11.000mm.
Also the suitable shear knife for each profile is available.
Additional Data and Information:
- max width of sheet metal from coil is 1.250mm
- de-coiler fits to coil internal diameters from 480 to 560mm and a coil weight up to 12.000kg.
- required space for this line is approx. 30.000 x 3.000mm
- the line can be shortened of about 5.000mm by positioning of de-coiler nearer to roll profile line
- the stacker is suitable to handle two packets of panels up to a length of 5.000mm.
- the line is complete and in excellent working condition
