The company has introduced series equipment form foundry to fine processing. At present the company has 12 sets of die-casting machine in which 3 sets are national famous brand Lijing die casting machine, 2 sets of full foundational NC lathe, 3 sets of full functional NC drill press, 13 sets of economic type NC lathe, 5 sets of general lathe, T6 aluminum alloy heat treatment equipment as well as several ten sets of shot blasting machine and vibration muller, hundred sets of mini machine tool, polishing machine, drill press, HB sclerometer, infrared ray temperature tester and so on series equipment.
In order to guarantee quality and quantity, more ten processing production line are set up. Meanwhile with general manager as core, managers of each department as principal of special item, each monitor as supervisor of production line, staff ad workers will check its own product and special inspector will inspect completely and the department of quality inspection will carry out sampling inspection. In this way strict production line management and quality management system have been formed.
The company audits strictly raw material warehousing. The department of quality inspection checks up strictly the certificate of quality for raw material and uses spectrum analyzer (made in Germany) to carry out inspection and reject disqualification raw material.
