Application
- Carbon steel S45C Used for making die-board,general machinery parts.

Heat Treatment
Soft annealing: heat to 550-650°C, cool slowly.
Hardness after annealing: Max. 269HB
Hardening: 820 - 870 °C
Normalizing temperature: 840-870°C

1. Two medium-frequency induction furnaces ( capacity 3.5 ton each);
2. Six forging hammers: One for 1.0 ton, one for 1.5 ton, one for 2.0 ton, one for 3.0 ton, one for 6.0 ton, one for 8.0 ton;
3. Four annealing furnaces: Two furnaces for 20.0 ton, two furnaces for 30.0 ton;
4. Three peeling machines;
