A. Machine stand: Machine stand normally adopts steel structure welded parts, after welding it has the high-temperature backfire treatment to eliminate the welding stress. Our company has big sand-blasting equipment, all the welded parts has sand-blasting treatment on surface before processing, which can improve the adhesion power between painting and surface of steel panel. The procedure of this treatment can eliminate the remained stress and improve the accuracy of machine.
B. This machine adopts cantilever structure, when need the partial curving, the panel can be put into curving mould from side of machine. After curving, the finished panel can be taken out also from the side. This structure is very useful for special curving, such as panel with both end curved and the middle plane, "S" type curved panel and so on. The curving scope of this structure is much bigger than the gantry structure.
C. Clamping & feeding unit adopts stepping motor, linear guide rail and gear & rack for clamping and feeding, the every stamping distance is equal to every feeding distance. After stamping, the arc is natural and beautiful.
D. One machine can be used to curve different profile by changing the stamping mould.
