Container bottom twist lock is made in four parts, the guide bush, outer bushi, locking nut, lcoking pin.
The process include sand casting, forging and CNC machining.
The material is GB699-88 45#+N and EN1563EN-GJS-400-15.
Specification:
1)OEM orders are welcome.
2)Raw part: Realised by sand casting, investment casting, close die forging process. Material: Ductile casting Iron, Steel.
3)Machining: Done by CNC lathes.
4)Surface protection: Galvanized white.
5)Assembly service included.
