Golden-Ring, founded in 2000, and be specialized in producing steel parts for trailer industry in Germany. We have earned a good reputation in the OEM/ODM metal parts market. Our main product line covers sand casting, precision/investment casting, forged and machining parts and other items. Our products are widely used in automotive industry, such as train line, railroad, forklift, loader crane, mining, as well as other agricultural, municipal, engineering and air tool machinery.

Efficient production processes and QA system

All our operations are strictly compliant with TS16949: 2009 guidelines and VDA five quality management tools. PDM, MRP, automated investment casting lines, CNC machining, CMM inspection, along with spectrometers and MT testing equipment all contribute to precision, reliability and better QA. To further ensure the safety and quality of your order, we also boast a fully independent QC process.

Our R&D design team together with experts in sub-supplies will provide you with in-house tooling, jig, fixture/gauge design services and 3-D model engineering. Aided process like heat treatment, powder coating, KTL, e-coating, polishing, rubber coating, galvanizing can be well handled.
