I. Application:
This machine could directly produce lengthy oxygen free copper rod, slab ingots and tube billets from electrolytic cathode copper, bright copper and scrap copper which features advanceed process, high product quality, low investment, various specificaitons and no pollution of three wastes. The upcasting units are ideal choice for manufacturing copper conductor and copper materials. The copper products could be further treated for a variety of bare copper wires, flat copper wires and special wires as well as copper buses and tubes for the mechanical and electrical sectors.
To produce oxygen copper rod and abnormal material through upward method for wire & cable factory and copper factory, with annual output of 2000-10000T.
II. Advantages:
