8mm Copper Rod Continuous Casting & Rolling Line
I. Application
This machine is applied to manufacture ø8mm bright copper rod by adopting a technology of continuous casting and rolling. Red copper scrap is chosen as raw materials. This production line is composed of the following parts: stationary reverberatory furnace, 5-wheel continuous casting machine, front haul-off machine, automatic scrolling shearer, straightening & edge shaver, cast bar brushing machine,
continuous rolling machine, orbital rod coiler and electrical control system, etc.
