UL+Z-1800+255/4+8 Type Copper Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Line
The line is composed of melting shaft furnace, tilting-type holding furnace, casting machine, automatic shearer, ancillary hydraulic shearing, straightener&edge shaver, cast bar brushing machine, rolling machine, lubrication oil system, emulsion system, restoration and cooling device for copper rod, rod orbital coiler and electrical control system, etc.
The line can equip different kinds of copper furnace according to various raw materials;
The line can produce ETP and FRHC with dia. 8mm;
The continuous casting and rolling machine possesses the patent right(the patent No. Is: Zl00244512.3);
The transmission system adopts full-digital speed adjusting of DC motor;
The crystallization wheel is H-type, because of the cooling from four sides, the ingot possessed the compact and regular structure;
The line adopts PLC and human-computer interface touch screen, so can show the operating parameter and malfunction of the equipment.
