This mill is used in the continuous cold rolling of copper rods. Featured with high efficiency, low power consumption and capability of fine and reinforced crystal structure of copper rods. It is ideal second operation equipment for upward cast oxygen-free copper rods.
Its operation is easy and flexible. The rods which to be rolled are introduced at crawl speed. It can be reversed and started at full load.
The rolls of this mill adopt short cantilever support and can be quickly replaced. The transmission system and bearings are lubricated by pressurized oil; Copper rods are cooled by emulsion. Also the lubricating oil and cooling emulsion are completely separated. It is reliable running and low maintenance cost.
