4. Tie rods: Single piece forged steel, enlarged design, extra-long service life;
5. Front platen: Casting or forged as your requirements, extra-large thickness to ensure a rigid overall structure of the machine, the open for the profiles exit lining with H13 steel;

6. Container locking cylinders: Total four pieces locking cylinders, give a strong locking and opening force, stable and comfortable container moving;
7. Container: Beautiful machining, four points guiding, stable and precision, long service life, precise temperature control; For large capacity machines, the container liner can be design into two parts, so it is possible to change only one of them, cost-saving;

12 Butt shear Hydraulic shear with HYDRAULIC butt knock equipment, safety lock avoid shearing when container is locked. Shear blade is AISI13 steel.
13 Die loader Double cassette, Automatic die loader with bronze lines and copper seat, new die can be loaded during machine working, so the die changing time can be greatly shorted.
14 Hydraulic oil tubes 20# steel, each one is single bended piece, no bend welding

15 Hydraulic oil container With magnetic system, level gauge and 10 micron meter filter, all main pumps and motors are located on the ground foundation.
