Our steel cast parts have been sourced by buyers in Germany since 1999 when we were just an OEM factory. Our AQL of 500ppm for all related projects since then should tell you that we're serious about quality management.
Strong in-house technical capabilities
Over the past 10 years we've manufactured more than 10 million parts. Our engineering department cooperating with Nissan team, which have rich know-how experience in automotive industry can meet strict requirements during the period of both project development and part production. We can supply suggestion of both cost reduction and material choosing for better designing.
We can offer tooling, jig, fixture and gauge design services, as well as 3-D model engineering services. In addition, we have built up scientific management systems, such as ERP, MRP and PDM.
Advanced equipment and QA system for consistent high quality
6,000T/2,500T presses from Russia,CNC machines sourced from Mazak and Okuma of Japan, molding lines for sand casting, automated wax injection and robot equipped shell molding system for investment casting. Our new casting production line will be totally controlled by central computer on each casting production step and operated with ABB robots.
Making use of such advanced equipment helps them produce more efficiently and also maintain consistency in quality. CMM inspections, along with OBLF spectrometers, microstructures and MT testing facilities, as well as their top-notch QA system, all contribute to precision and reliability.

Golden-Ring new plant annual production capacity is 4000Ton, which can finish big production mission on time.
