KYLT 30T Battery lead bushing and terminal injection machines (also called: Pb casting machine or Pb injection machine) are specially used to cast lead alloy part for lead acid battery. With molds of battery bushing and terminal, the machine can do casting work automatically, don't need worker to care all time, is good for the healthy of operator.
Now, KYLT 12T, 18T, 20T, 22T (PLC), 30T die casting machine provide "CUSTOMIZED SERVICE".
All machines motor can be changed as per customers local power supply.
Now, we have 3types motor:
*380V, 50HZ, 3PHASES 4WIRES - for China market and india market
*380V, 60HZ, 3PHASES 4WIRES - for Brazil market
*220V, 60HZ, 3PHASES - for some regions of Brazil and Taiwan
KYLT hot chamber lead (Pb) die casting machine, also named, zinc(Zn. ) hot chamber injection machine, lead(Pb. ) injection metal injection machine, zinc injection machine, zinc metal injection machine or metal casting machine.
We have 12T, 18T, 20T, 22T(PLC), 30T hot chamber die casting machines for our client to choose. Those machines can be used to cast, zinc(Zn. Or Zamark), lead(Pb. ), Tin alloy etc low melting point materials.

--Tonnage: 12T, 12T plus, 15T, 18T, 20T, 22T(Horizontal, Vertical types)
--Useage: Zinc(Zamak), Lead(PB. ) alloy parts of Automotive, Motorcycle, Hand t& pneumatic tool, Metal Zippers, Lead Acid Battery Bushings and Terminals, Metal Jewelry / Button / Arts & crafts, Brake cable zamak ends, Battery bolt terminals, PB alloy fishing sinkers etc.
--Operation method: By PLC. Manual, Semi-Automatic, Full-automatic
--Service: Making molds as per clients drawings, Machine test with customer moulds is allowed. KYLT will send test samples to end user by TNT, DHL, UPS ect. And provide testing videos and photos. After sale, any operation questions will be replied with 24hours.
Die Casting and Injection Parts:

5. Assembly:
--As per customers demand, KYLT can ready die casting parts, plastic injection molding parts, stamping punch parts, welding parts, electric elements etc by ourselves, and assembling them in house. Provide A Finished Project for clients.
6. Packing:
