1. Application
This production line is used to continuously produce pure aluminum rod or aluminum alloy rod in 9.5 mm diameter conforming to EC grade standards.

8-ton melting furnace (to be prepared by user or ordered separately) 1 set, holding furnace(to be prepared by user or ordered separately) 2 sets, in-line refinery (to be prepared by user or ordered separately)1set, continuous casting machine, front drive unit, roller shears, straightener, multiple frequency heating furnace (to be prepared by user or ordered separately), continuous rolling mill, oil lubrication system, emulsion cooling & lubrication system, quenching and coiler, and electric control system.

What's more, Dongjiagang also participated in the formulation of Detection Method of Wire & Cable Specialized Equipment. And Dongjiagang's chairing the formulation of Technical Requirements of Wire & Cable Equipment this year has been put onto the schedule of the National Standard Authorities.
