1. Advantages:
ASTM4150 is a versatile alloy steel with good atomspheric corrosion resistantance and reasonable strength. It shows good overal combination of strength, toughness, wear resistance and fatigue strength.
2. Application: sae4140 steel or aisi4140 steel is used as forgings in the aerospace and oil and gas industries, and has myriad uses in the automotive, agricultual and defense industries. Typical usages are forged gears, shafts and spindles, fixtures, jigs, collars.
3. Production Line: Blast Furnace Melton Iron → EAF(EBT/BOV) → LF → VD → Molten Steel → Continuous Casting → Hot Rolling/Forged → Heat Treatment → Further Processing(Peeling/Turning)

9. Length: The ends will be saw cut. The ends will be free from burrs and slag lumps. Length can be customized according to customers' demands.
10. Straightness: 3mm/m(max) for hot rolled bars and 2mm/m(max) for cold drawn bars
11. Processing:
Surface Treatment: Peeling, Turning, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Boring
Heat Treatment: Normalizing, Annealing, Quenching+ Tempering

13. Quality tests: Spectral Tested, Microstructure Tested, Macrostructure Test, Hardness Test, Upsetting Test
14. Packing:
1): The goods will be packed by wire rods or iron strips, 2 to 3mt each bundle
2): Tow or three tags will be attached on each bundles with steel grade, specification, heat no. Diameter
3): For further processing products such as cold drawn, peeled or heat treated goods, plastic bags wrapped or pallet loading is available according to customers' demands.
