Summary of the structure
1. Uncoiler:
Including one set of the uncoiler back shaft core, 2 sets of frames, 2 sets of the bearings. It bears 2T.
2. Feeding the material into the platform:
Put the raw material(steel srip) on the plat to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.
3. Steel strip unfolding system
Function and features: It adopts the rollers with the diameter of 90mm to unfold the steel strip. The thickness of the unfolding steel is less than 4.0mm. The rollers type is 3 rows above and 5 below.
4. Molding core
In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment and galvanizational treatment.
Rolling galvanizational thickness: 0.01 mm
Rolling material of the mold: GCr15
Quench hardening rigidity: HRC62-65
5. Molding fly-wheel saw cutter mechanism
It is controlled by the motor and drove by the hydraulic pressure. The molded piece with the final shape get through this mechanism, and is pressed by the hydraulic fluid. Then it is punched and cut. The cutting mechanism adopts the fly-wheel saw(high-speed cutting steel) to cut. The advantage of the cutter mechanism lies in its high efficiency of the production and the cuts trimness and integrity. The fly-wheel saw can cut 200-300t
6. Hydraulic station
It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. Afer filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
The system includs a set of hydraulic tank, a set of hydraulic oil pump, two hydraulic pipes and two sets of electromagnetism valves.

7. Computer control cabinet
It adopts PLC to control. The target piece's length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: Automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use.
It contains PLC monitor, PLC programer, transformer for the electronic machines and kits of every part.
8. Counter
One counter gauges length, pulses, and decides length.
9. Molded pieces receiving frame
Usage and features: It is used for receiving the molded pieces. It is controlled by the six braket roller whose length is 3m on one planks. The whole frame has two planks.
