Qingdao Banghe Foundry Co., Ltd is one factory of Shandong Banghe Group.

Shandong Banghe Group is a manufacturer and exporter with its exporting company and the branch factories in China. Our main business are the production and machining of kinds of castings, forgings and the mechanical and electrical products such as the aluminum die casting, aluminum gravity casting, stainless steel investment casting, grey iron and ductile iron castings, forgings etc.

The above mentioned products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, Korea etc. Our goal is to supply high quality and competitive price products.

In the field of aluminium casting, our factory is equipped with modern production facilities and inspection instruments. We own 6 sets of "UBE" die casting machines and 1 PC of "ISUZU" Low pressure die casting machine imported from Japan and one set of turn table gravity casting machine. We use precoated sand casting in the iron casting and wax-lost process for stainless steel casting.

Regarding our machining equipment, we have American "Bridgeport" vertical machining center, Japanese "Toyota" Horizontal Machining Center and CNC machines. We also own a Coordinate Boring Machine

As to the Inspection equipment, we own the "Baird" brand spectrocomparator, imported from the U. S. A. And "IMS" three dimensional measuring machine imported from the UK etc., by which we can assure the exactitude of the material and meet the strict precision requirement of the products.

We are executing the ISO9001 system and our Qingdao Banghe Foundry are executing the TS16949 system to keep the improvements of our management and technology.
