Our Products

We have advanced production line and sophisticated in the production of long and short radius elbows; Reducing/straight tee and cross; Slip-on flanges; Weld-neck flanges; Plate flanges; Blind flanges. etc. Concentric/eccentric reducers; Caps; Pipe coil and other pipe fittings which are following the standards of GB, SH, ANSI, ASME and JIS. The product material includes carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel in general, but also input some other compositions required by consumers' Special needs. Last but not the least, our products also can be quite used in the pipeline engineering industries of oil&gas, petroleum, electric power, etc.

Our Capabilities

As the development on high standard of technology in production, our factory have reserved powerful and sufficient equipment to support shopworks, including four intermediate frequency pushing machines; Six press machines; Eighteen digital controlled lathes; Ten drilling machines; 1000t hydraulic machines; CNC tube bending machine; Intermediate frequency heat bending machine and extrusion tee machine. Moreover, we also bring in advanced detection equipment to assist Chemical analysis; Metallographic analysis; Nondestructive testing; Mechanical test. etc. Besides that, the product passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system certification and we acquired the Manufacture License of Special Equipment People' S Republic of China as well as became the member of Beijing Information Service Branch of Petroleum China Sales Company.
