YS27-1000\2000 Sheet forming hydraulic press
Use and features
The hydraulic press is a special equipment for sheet forming, such as pressing automotive stringer and covering parts and it also can complete the plate bending and other processes and it is widely used in automobile manufacturing and machinery industry. The machine uses multi-cylinder synchronous system and the machine rack appears in a frame type and is equipped with a pushing cylinder. Its molding processes are: Pressing, molding, floating forming and pushing brake and other activities.
The hydraulic system of the machine uses an electro-hydraulic proportional valve and closed-loop control system, which functions are many and the performance is reliable and the work table is long, synchronous and the synchronous precision is high and the chassis stiffness is strong etc.

We have 50 years of experience in manufacturing high tonnage (up to 40k mt) hydraulic machines and forging equipment. The company is located at economic & technical development zone, shenyang, China.
