Targeting zero defect management, we do regular factory tour for in process control for the aspects which are critical to quality and do strict final conformity inspection in our warehouse. In case of first articles verification, we will do all necessary destructive and nondestructive tests in qualified lab.

For continual improvement, we work with manufacturers and our customers for corrective and preventive actions based on information of customer needs, complains, competitors benchmark and in-process control findings.

Our R&D engineers also capable to develop/design/fabricate for customers the products to their drawings, samples of diesel engine spares which are out of manufacturer's products rang.

With wide knowledge of diesel engine spares, we also capable to act as a consultant of customers for conducting supplier survey, ISO 9001 audit to supplier, quality plan, drawings/specifications translating, in-process and/or final inspection, material testing etc.
