Equipment Introduction
Zinc Extruder VT- 600T is made up of mechanical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, heating system and CNC system. This horizontal Extruder is designed by our independence research and development, basing on advanced technology that introduced from abroad with the advantage of time & energy saving and stable performance. Its oil cylinder is of plunger type compound of main oil cylinder and inside oil cylinder (German technology), which introduced foreign hydraulic speed control technology to assure its safety. It merits in steady speed control. The inside oil cylinder has the advantage of quick march to shorten the idle running time to enhance the efficiency.


Standard configuration:
1. Main oil vat: Adopt plunger type cylinder(Germany technology). Vat diameter 560mm, rated working pressure 25Mpa. Hydraulic system adopts steady speed structure to assure the extruding stability of the metal & flux flow.
2. Inside oil vat: Diameter 240mm, rated working pressure 21Mpa. With the advantage of quick oil injecting to shorten the idle running time and enhance the productivity.
3. Hydraulic variable pump one set, hydraulic plunger pump one set.
4. Hydraulic valves: 8pcs
5. Speed control valve: Adopt Rexroth technology variable valve control.
6. Motor: Adopt top brand China(Dong Guan Motor), two sets at: 11KW-6&11KW-4.
7. Temperature control: Adopt Japan RKC temperature control system, for extruder head, front crossbeam
8. Extruder mould: Adopt heating processed rough model with special heat treatment.
9. Extruding billet size: Diameter 85mm*200mm or 90mm*220mm.
10. Material feeding: Adopt hydraulic photoelectricity double assurance control. Fully automatic control for the feeding process.
11. Electric equipment: Adopt Taiwan brand SHSI, Japan RKC, Schneider brand(simple switches adopted China CHINT brand).

Machine advantages:

Adopt West-Germany Technology, oil cylinder designed to be compound two inside the machine. With the advantage of quick oil indraft to save extruding vacancy then enhance efficiency accordingly. A variable pump can adjust the oil dosage according to the hydraulic pressure to make the extruding process evenly and ensure the liquidity & stability of the flux to avoid the lack or uneven distributing of the flux. The extruding mould was made by H13 material with advantage of long life span and no distortion or break for long time use. Shorten the extruding pole to avoid the deflection range during the extruding process to bump the extruding mould and create solder scraps. Temperature system control the tolerance to be +/-3 Material feeding: Adopt hydraulic Photoelectric double insurance control. Fully automatic control for the feeding process.
