Order & Production Flow:
1. Drawing & Customer Sample: Need to be provided from customer, need to point out requirement if samples
2. Samples Delivery: 5-35 days based on parts difficulty (Mold average Lead time is 25 days)
3. Sample Confirmation: 7-10 days after customer receive the samples, and once the samples are approved, both customer and our side keep the same samples in hand as future production samples.
4. Production: Based on the approved samples
5. Production Lead time: 15-30 days based on order quantities
6. Inspection: 100% full inspection
7. Packaging: PP bag+ carton + wooden pallet
8. Transportation: Truck in local and sea or air based on customer's requested
Export Packing:
1. Normal packing; some part into one PP bag and then into export carton and some cartons into one wooden pallet or wooden case to keep ensure the safety transportation.
2. Carton Marks/Pallet Marks: can be made based on customer's requirement, in order to help customer find correct goods in each carton or pallet
3. Color Box: Can be made based on the artwork provided from the customer.
Transportation:
1. Local Transportation: Truck to forwarder's warehouse or load at the factory
2. Sea & Air Shipping: Customer specified shipping company or solve it by our team base on different terms of FOB or CFR/CIF.
Payment Conditions:
1. Tooling & Fixture & Mould: 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance when samples are approval
2. Production: 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance when goods is ready for shipping
