Haihao Group is a modern private enterprise. Our Group was established in 1982. We are located in Mengcun_the hometown of Chinese pipe fittings. And we are the first and one of the biggest enterprise which produce both pipe fittings and steel pipes. Our original name was Mengcun High-pressure Flange Company. The Group owns 6 subsidiaries, which includes Gee Pipe Mill Co., Ltd. There are 1600 employers, including 240 technologists. The Group covers 280, 000 square meters and owns fixed assets 2, 500, 000, 000 RMB. The output can be up to 1, 180, 000 tons and the annual output value is 980, 000, 000 RMB. Our products export to the East Asia, Europe, America, Africa and other twenties countries, in addition, we have good fame in Chinese pipe fittings.

Gee products have four series: 1, flange and forged fittings; 2, the steeliness seamless butt weld fitting with steel plate, for example, elbows, tees, reducers, bends^ 3, seamless steel pipe, ERW, SSAW; 4, the nuclear project accessories. We also produce more than 3600 types pipeline accessories with 118 kinds of materials.

The Group owns advanced product lines. Products are disposed by forging, cold pressing, cold forming, hot extrusion, heat treatment, polishing, rubbing, machining and chrome finishing. Equipped with many advanced machines, such as heat treatment furnaces, automatic welding machines, large lathe, there are 108 sets. The Group is the only one enterprise that owns forging hydraulic press machines. The machine can bear the pressure up to 6000 tons.

Gee members regard the quality as our lives. And we stick to ISO9000 quality system and efficiently control procedure in production. We set up "pipeline equipment inspection center", and we also have capability of chemical analysis, metallographic inspection, physical test, nondestructive inspection.

The following is the introduction about our partner and project:

We establish cooperation with North East Power Design institute, and co-developed A335 P92/P91, Tees; Bends, Elbows for main steam piping, hot reheat piping, feed water piping, for 600 MW, 1000MW, Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Units.

We also cooperate with Nuclear Industry II Design Institute, co-developed super pipelines used in nuclear power plant, and supplied for Qinshan, Ling'ao, Beijing, Xi'an. The majority of parts are supplied by us for Ling'ao Nuclear Power Plant.

We have supplied fittings for west-east Gas Transmission project, Chuan gas East Transmission Project, Chunxiao Gas Field Project, Shanjing Pipeline Project, Central Asia Pipeline Project, Chuanlu pipeline Project, Huninghang Pipeline Project, etc, almost all main gas transmission pipelines in China.

Except the domestic market, we also have exported the products to India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, etc. Most significantly is to supply to ESSAR India. Their order is nearly RMB 400, 000, 000, which includes full set pipelines, fittings, and prefabricated pipes for 4X600MW Thermal Power Plant Units, and the client from India is very satisfied with our supply.

We also have long cooperation with IBF Italy, TK Korea, etc, and equip with around 100 blanket forgings in storage.
