100% UT defect detection test before leaving the factory.
Defect detection test is done again after rough machining. Then make tempering heat treatment.
After this, defect detection test and mechanical performance test is made. Then having deep hole of main shaft made, semifinishing and finish machining is made.
At last, surface treatment is made.
Material: -40 degree endurance 42CrMo or 36CrNiMo6
