Founded in 1969, Zhangqiu Baohua Forging Co., Ltd., is located in the most famous "China Forging Town"---Zhangqiu County.
Our s a leading manufacturer in Zhangqiu County, we have factories covering an area of 50, 000 square meters. Our building area is 20, 000 square meters. We have 360 employees and the fixed assets are 50 million RMB. Zhangqiu City Forging Research Institute is in our company.
Our annual production capacity is more than 35, 000 tons. We have complete processing equipment, as well as 5T and 3T Electric-hydraulic hammers, large splint hammers and various types of air hammers. We still have 1, 000T friction press which can forge about 5 tons of separate forgings and complete product normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering processes. with physics and chemistry lab, we have ultrasonic flaw detection, experiments of mechanical performance, which has strong detection capability.
