Titanium aeration head
It is made of pure Titanium powder (purity≥ 99.6899%)through high temperature vacuum sintering. It has even structure, big service area, small aeration resistance, and good mechanical & anticorrosive feature, long using life unto 10 years. Micro pore diameter is 0.22-100 um. Porosity is 35-50%. Even bubble dispersion would not cause pore block, 40% less energy consumption than ordinary aerator, double dirty water handling capacity. Shapes: Pipe & sphere. Interface: 4cm, 6cm, internal or external screw. Suitable for city sewage, large water consumption factories newly built, expended, reformed aeration tanks, water treatment ozone aeration, chemical catalysis gas aeration.
