The bipartition ingot mold is the necessary large equipment for steel-making plant. The inside wall of bipartition ingot mold of our products have very strong wetting ability. The concreted steel ingot adheres to ingot mold and it is not easy to remold. Big scab, crack and oxide skin come easily at the surface of ingot steel after remolding, which lowers the yield of ingot mold.
The main factors to effect the service time of bipartition ingot mold are the material of ingot mold, smelting and casting conditions, quality of working face and so on. After the graphite in cast iron nodulizing and creeping, it prolongs the service time of ingot mold and it reduces the mold consume. Because the worm or spheroidal graphite can reduce O2 permeating into mold, lower the internal oxidation; improve inoxidizability and high-temperature strength. The strength of vermicular graphite cast iron is close to nodular cast iron, and its thermal conductivity is closed to gray pig iron. It has excellent thermal fatigue property, good crazing resistance and good non-deformability, which is very suitable for the ingot mold working condition.

Meanwhile, we also have the GS1000 vacuum direct reading spectrometer made by OBLF and other inspection equipments like carbon sulfide high-speed analyzer, microcomputer three elements of high-speed analyzer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, multipurpose magnetic powder flaw detector such as chemical equipment, except that we also own leveraged universal strength tester, SAC thumping machine. Simulating the casting process by the CAE software to ensures the new quality level castings. All the castings are process by arc gouging, carbon dioxide gas gouging, shot-blasted in order to get the surface quality.
