The Main Structure
The machine consists of bed,die-set,the skateboard,upper plate,stand column,Shoot barrel,hold-down gear,air-operated system(air source treatment unit,magnetic exchange valve,air cylinder,throttle valve and etc.)and electrical control system.
1. The lathe bed is used steel plate and steel welded structure, and through place stress processing, is the foundation components of the machine.
2. Die set is combining assembly parts,set die set in the middle(according to the contract),left and right side is the moving mold,and two cylinder bearing,guide sleeve,three thro5.Sand cylinder is steel plate and steel pipe welded structure.It consist of shoot cylinder,box,nozzle body,shoot plate and etc.Its function is to move through the horizontal cylinder reciprocating sand and shoot sand core sand through compressed air into hot core box.When shooting sand compaction cylinder barrel will shoot into the sand mold pressing snapping mouth to finish shooting the sand. Automatically reset after the compression cylinder release by spring.
