Spectrographic analysis, metallographic analysis, CMM testing, tensile, impact and hardness testing, along with a fully independent QC process, all of these contribute to high precision and reliability of the parts.

Tolerance is according to either Germany VDG P690 or DIN ISO2768. Material standards include GB, American ASTM, Japan AISI, Germany DIN, British BS etc. Our material analysis report meet the requirements of EU RoHS 2005/95/EC and 2005/618/EC.
