1.Bowl ,We also called diffuser,the bowl have many type:suction bowl,discharge bowl,top bowl.we have supply bowl for Israel (used for power generation),and USA which used for water Agriculture,and chile customer which used for industry,Indonesia customer which used for Submersible pump or vertical pump,with special material:ASTMA436,CA6NM,cast iron,High chrome...by sand casting(green sand casting,resin sand casting ),precision casting,lost wax casting,investment casting and CNC,CAM machining.
This parts we can supply quality test:Hydro test,performance test.and psi 1500Mpa.
2.Material:
ASTMA436,CA6NM,stainless steel(316.304),SG iron,CD4,Alloy20 carbon steel, low alloy steel, iron, bronze,Hartz alloy etc.3.MOQ:1piece4.Package:Small part, single packed then put into paper carton then to crate.
(1)Generally use poly wooden crates for package.
Minimum poly wooden board thickness:
Steel band: 19×0.5mm or 15×0.5mm
Common crate size is less than 1200X1000X1000mm
(2For the very big part, use welding steel crate. The size and steel thickness is according to the product dimension and weight.
