The Inductoheat Forging equipments are designed to meet the needs of the modern forging
industry. It is a compact design incorporating feed system, solid state power supply, induction
coil line and operator controls in a unitzed single package.
The integrated concept of the equipment eliminates the need for interconnections between
separate components typical of conventional heating systems, saving floor space and
installation time. Forging equipments are available with outputs from 50kW to 7500kW and
frequencies from 500Hz to 30kHz.
Optional features include accept/reject with optical pyrometer monitoring, cold and hot material handling, fault diagnostics and a cycle hold facility.
