Coking furnace frame is a main thermal equipment in coking. Modern coking furnace is a kind of horizontal chamber type coking furnace, which mainly aims to produce metallurgical cokes and recycle chemicals of coking. It consists of furnace body and accessory devices.

Coking equipment basic material: all kinds of casting, machining and inspection facilities are advanced, complete, abundant of technical force in our company. Factory set intermediate frequency electric furnace casting workshop, the coal powder sand casting workshop, resin sand production process casting workshop, the model workshop, machining and assembly workshop, casting mechanical performance testing, chemical analysis room. The main parts of Coke oven is make by the silica brick, in order to make good sealing, it need to built by special shaped brick. Usually a large coke oven need to used more than 400 species of bricks, even more than 1000 kinds. A 36 holes,35.4 m 3 coke oven need about 8400 tons of refractory materials. It should complete according to the strict quality standard for construction, and should also give full consideration to the properties of silica brick in the furnace, to ensure running well and prolong its life. The expansion of the coking chamber area is close to 200 mm after the coking furnace baking. the generally inflation of the oven is take no more than 0.035%, and is takes 50 or 60 days. Due to there is a larger expansion when coke ovenning, some of the equipments and structures of connected with furnace will be finally joined, fixed and sealed after the expansion.

The lifting capacity reaches 200tons. We own 5 sets of large-scale molding equipment. Meanwhile, we also have the GS1000 vacuum direct reading spectrometer made by OBLF and other inspection equipments like carbon sulfide high-speed analyzer, microcomputer three elements of high-speed analyzer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, multipurpose magnetic powder flaw detector such as chemical equipment, except that we also own leveraged universal strength tester, SAC thumping machine. Simulating the casting process by the CAE software to ensures the new quality level castings. All the castings are process by arc gouging, carbon dioxide gas gouging, shot-blasted in order to get the surface quality.
