High pressure self-tightening flanges have been planned, developed and manufactured since May, 2002 by Chengdu ZHIYUAN Machine Science & Technology Co., Ltd. With the help of Qingdao University of Science & Technology, it has concentrated on machine design, finite element calculation, machine manufacturing, installation of mechanical equipment and mechanics research. Through massive theoretical calculation, technical proof and experiment on producing for one and a half year, and taking 3 years for unceasingly improving, the senior engineers and technicians on producing has developed successfully. Now our company can produce different kinds of high pressure self-tightening flange ZY-LOC with diameters from DN15 to DN600, pressure from PN10MPa to PN90MPa and temperatures from -50 C to 600 C. Through the comprehensive examination by Guangzhou National Examination Center of CNPC and the Western Sichuan Mechanical High-pressure Examination Center of Aviation Industry Ministry, it is proved that each performance index is higher far above the designed target data of the beginning, and during the experiment in the urea installment and the synthetic ammonia installment for nearly six years, ZY-LOC appeared reliable very much. It has been selected and used to the inner Mongolia GTL Project of China Shenhua by SINOPEC SEI, and was awarded the honorary title of "National Product Partner" and "Outstanding Supplier" by China Shenhua Group in December 2008, and many times solved difficult problems appeared in installation and production of foreign products.
