The new formulation into the polyurethane rubber family products is a transparent bi-component pouring rubber for different applications such us the encompass of objects. The rubber is transparent like the glass with no yellowing tendency.
There are many different formulations of polyurethane rubbers for mould making. The polyurethane casting rubber can be pure or filled with special mineral charges. Are available different hardness from 30 Shore A to 70 Shore A.

Storage & Shelf life
When the Liquid Mold Making Silicone is stored at or below 30 °C(85 °F) in the original unopened containers, RTV2 Silicone Base and CA30 Curing agent have a usable life of 12 months from the date of production. After 12 months,please use a stirring mill to stir the Part A silicone for some minutes, then the silicone can be use again, no influence for other performance.
Note
RTV-2 Silicon is an industrial product and must not be used in food molding, dental human skin molding applications.
