Due to the speed of heating and the fact that heat is generated directly into the work piece, scale
formation and decarburizing is reduced, resulting in less material waste, better end product and increased die life.
The Inductoheat Forging equipments are designed to meet the needs of the modern forging
industry.
It is a compact design incorporating feed system, solid state power supply, induction coil line and operator controls in a unitzed single package.
The integrated concept of the equipment eliminates the need for interconnections between
separate components typical of conventional heating systems, saving floor space and installation
time. Forging equipments are available with outputs from 50kW to 7500kW and frequencies from 500Hz to 30kHz. Optional features include accept/reject with optical pyrometer monitoring, cold
and hot material handling, fault diagnostics and a cycle hold facility.
Simple manual systems and fully automatic machines are also available for end bar heating
applications. We have also supplied IGBT Transistorised Solid State Equipment for forging
application, which is latest State Of art Technology equipment for getting higher performance
