General Description
1, C/Z rollforming machine line can rollform C and Z purlin of many different sizes by computerized controlling system automatically without moving the rolls through spaciers adjustment. The line can punch holes and precut the sheet according to the length, longitudinal distance among holes and quantity input.
2\C/Z line has completely changed the way to rollform C and Z purlins separately by two machines.
3\C/Z purlin consists of a decoiler, straightener, punching device, cutting device, rollformer, controlling system, hydraulic system and so on.
4\The rollfromer is driven by a motor and frequency converter.
5\The whole line is cooperated through the touch screen manually and automactically, controlled by PLC, and the rollformed panel is measured by Omron encoder. The line has the advantages of the single structure, beautiful interface, steady function and convenient operation.
