This Forming Line is to manufacture Refrigerator's Door Shell & Panel which shape is designed according to the requirements of clients. The plate (VCM, PCM, stainless steel and other material) is shaped by punching, rolling, bending and other process, which will be used in the following assembly.
The production line for Refrigerator Door Board moulding has been our mature product and at the leading level in domestic industry based on our own R&D and using oversea techntques. The line is composed of many component equipments such as automatic workpiece loading equipment, rolling and moulding equipment, bending equipment, midst cutting equipment, edge turning down equipment, and workpiece unloading equipment etc.
The whole process has many choices of moulding shape and large range or size, which can meet the different demands of the clients. The production line is controlled and linked by industrial control computer. It gives a continuous producing and productivity less than 10s in every piece contrast against the traditional mode of using single special equipment. So it can be finished full automatically without human control and save the investing on labor force and time.
