Characteristics of our Flywheel:
1. Material: Cast gray iron, ductile iron.

Folding note:
(1) Check the flywheel housing close to the hole cover, gasket and plug cleanliness and defects.
(2) close to the hole plate mounted on the flywheel housing timing hole, part number facing outward. Holes on the cover and flywheel housing screw holes. Hand to self-tapping screws into the flywheel housing until tight, which put a screw P-type card sets, P-type card sets the direction set in the 2:00 hour position. Tapping screw tightening torque (24 ± 3) N · m.
(3) In the o-ring plus a small amount of lubricating oil 15M40. The clogged pores o-ring into the light. The blockage with a rubber hammer into the aperture.
Tightening torque
(4) Electromagnetic tachometer sensor is (45 ± 4) N · m.
(5) flywheel housing bolt tightening torque (60 ± 6) N · m.
(6) To check the plane and the runout of the flywheel housing bore runout. In a circle reading should not exceed the total 0.20mm. If more than 0.20mm, to adjust and replace the flywheel housing.
(7) Flywheel tightening torque (137 ± 7) N · m. It must be installed when loading washer flywheel bolts. Tighten bolts should be cross tightened.
