About us:
Fenghua Xingji Machinery Casting Co., Ltd is located in the Shangtian Economic Development Zone, the suburbs of Fenghua, Ningbo city. It is one of the largest professional casting factories in Ningbo. Currently, the annual production is around 100, 000 T.
Covers an area of 100, 000 square and the plant area is 52, 800 square. Over 500 workers, 20 engineers and technicians (including 5 senior engineers).
Not only specializes in resin sand products but also produce for different casting parts as required by customers.
HT150 --HT350, QT400 --QT800. Our products are widely used in Wind Driven Generator, Injection Molding Machine, as well as hydraulic machines and automobile parts.
One 10T Intermediate Frequency Heat-Insulation Furnace; Two 15T Foundry Cupola; One 10T Foundry Cupola and two 5T Foundry Cupola; Two SX2009/26 40T/H resin sand treatment production lines, one 10-ton resin sand treatment production line, one 5-ton resin sand treatment production line; Two High-speed Continuous Sand Mills(lift 25T/h), two 15T/h, four 10T/h, five 5T/h; One 75-ton bridge-type travelling crane and several cranes of 50 tons, 30 tons, 20 tons as well as 10 tons, one 70-ton rotary short blasting machine and several 10 tons and 5 tons vertical shot blasting machines.
The company is equipped with advanced quality-control equipments, There are portable Brinell Hardness Test machine, 60-ton hydraulic all-purpose experimental machine, computerized metalloscope, carbon-sulfur analyzer, cast house quick molten iron Composition Tester, ultrasonic fault detector and one Lab Spark 750 spark Spectrograph.
