Process:
QRI develops and supplies lost wax investment castings, using sodium silicate (water glass) for lower precision products and silica sol for high precision, using low temperature wax and midium temperature wax.

QRI parent company covers an area of 180,000 square meters, workshop building of 50,000 square meters, 20 forging production lines, 3 heat treatment lines, and 6 electroplating lines. All process in house including production development, mold manufacturing, production processing, heat treatment, polishing, electroplating and quality control and inspection.
