The processing for the precision electronic parts:

3. Processing of semi-finished and finished parts.

Tapping and threading process
1. For Internal thread, first drilling bottom hole diameter and depth ( thread specification determines the bottom hole size);
For external thread, first processing the external circle to obtain the thread diameter size (thread specifications determines the thread size)
2. Threading process: For internal thread, Use correspondign level of screw tap, For external thread, Use thread cutter or thread cutting die.
3. Undesirable phenomena including wire buckle, unified size, thread gauge test failed.
