Ludox investment casting production line owns the internally top-ranking precision casting whole set production equipment and advanced quality control and detection method, including10~3000 kg vacuum induction melting furnace, thermal control solidification vacuum induction furnace, centrifugal pressure casting vacuum induction furnace, hot isostatic pressure equipment and fluorescence, X-ray, three-coordinate and other detection equipment. The main products contain various nickel/cobalt-based high temperature alloy precision casting pieces, stainless steel precision casting pieces, MONEL alloy precision casting pieces, Hastelloy precision casting pieces, Inconel alloy precision casting pieces and titanium alloy precision casting pieces, etc. The Company is devoted to providing high quality precision casting pieces for military and civil use for the clients. At the same time, it forms a complete production network to produce various special material valve parts, and it has developed many kinds of key precision casting pieces for fields such as aviation, spaceflight, petrochemical engineering, ship manufacture, automobile, etc.
