The dual plate check valve is designed for general purpose; It could be installed either horizontally or vertically in pipeline. Thus dual plate check valve could also easily take over lift check and swing check valve. Light weight and compact design of dual plate check valve is much reliable than conventional swing check valve. Maximum orifice of dual plate check valve provides higher flow rate and low head loss than conventional check valve. Instant reaction of dual plates by spring-biased could be less water hammer. Soft seated dual plate check valve could be tight shut off.
